Fruit Pizza Recipe
1 roll sugar cookie dough
1- 8oz cream cheese
1 to 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Your Favorite Fresh Fruit (kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, grapes, peaches, etc)
Instructions:
Bake sugar cookies as directed.
Mix cream cheese & powdered sugar (begin by adding 1 cup powdered sugar, taste to see if want to add more sugar) mix until smooth.
After cookies are completely cooled, spread cream cheese mixture over top of cookies.
Add Fruit (cut fruit into bite size pieces)
ENJOY!! These are very simple, yet very tasty!!

Yummy, Yummy!!
This month our church is hosting "The Factory" (youth center). We are supposed to bring food and have a time of devotion with all the kids. I decided that I would make everyone their own mini fruit pizza!! Yum Yum!

Shelby is playing jr. pro basketball again this year and she had a game tonight. Shelby scored 4 points!!! Way to go Shelby! We are very proud of you!!

Shelby's Baptism
Today was a special day for the Clayborn Family. Shelby got saved last Sunday
and today was her baptism. We are very proud of Shelby and her decision.
